Katherine Fernandez

Born and raised with Arizona’s desert wildlife, Katherine grew up with a love and fascination for snakes, rabbits, lizards, birds, and you name it. After high school, she left for Missouri to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Katherine spent time outside of school working with hissing cockroaches and interning with The Nature Conservancy. She is currently enrolled in classes to earn her Exotic Animal Training and Wildlife Rehabilitation certifications. Katherine hopes to one day conduct research in animal behavior and continue to work closely with animals.
